SELF-CONTROL, Character Word for January

January 8th 2022

For the month of January, Lower School students will learn about the character word SELF-CONTROL -- choosing to do what you should even if you don't want to.

This character word is characterized by the animal jaguar and the color black. Read the newsletter linked below or listen to this podcast to learn more on how to support your child in developing contentment at home.

Lower School follows the Core Essential Values character education curriculum, which helps teach students to treat others right, make smart decisions, and maximize their potential through a focus on a monthly character trait.
