Westchester Country Day School provides convenient and safe bus transportation to and from the campus.
For family convenience, the morning and afternoon bus routes pick up and drop off at central locations throughout the greater Triad area. Bus stop availability is based upon demand.
Bus Routes and Schedules
Policies
- Students and parents of bus riders are expected to review the Bus Rules and Procedures before registering and are expected to follow these rules at all times.
- If a parent or guardian is not present to pick up a student at their stop, the child is returned to campus and placed in After-School Care (charges apply).
- In the case of inclement weather and delayed start times, bus service will not be offered. In these cases, parents will be responsible for driving their student(s) to school or providing alternate transportation.
- Safety is a priority on WCDS bus transportation. WCDS administers background and motor vehicle record checks on all bus drivers. In addition, drivers hold a commercial driver’s license (CDL) when required.
