Cast Selected for 'Disney's The Aristocats Kids'
Westchester Country Day School will present "Disney's The Aristocats KIDS" as the school's K-8 spring musical production.
Two evening performances will be held at 7 p.m. on Friday, May 20, and Saturday, May 21, and an afternoon performance will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, May 22, in Rives Hall on the campus at 2045 N. Old Greensboro Road, High Point.
The musical is based on the 1970 Disney film, "The Aristocats." Music and lyrics for the show are by Richard M. Sherman, Robert B. Sherman, Al Rinker and Floyd Huddleston. Music is adapted and arranged and additional music and lyrics are by Bryan Louiselle. The book is adapted and additional lyrics are by Michael Bernard.
In "Disney’s The Aristocats Kids," Madame's jealous butler Edgar cat-naps Duchess and her Aristokittens and abandons them in the Parisian countryside. Luckily, Thomas O'Malley and his rag-tag bunch of alley cats come to their rescue!
