After-School Care
Our After-School Care program offers more than just supervision — it’s a time for students to recharge, explore, and grow in a supportive environment.
Following the school day, children enjoy a healthy balance of structured activities and free play, with opportunities for allocated time for homework, creative projects, outdoor recreation, and enrichment experiences. Guided by caring staff, the program fosters friendships, independence, and curiosity, making afternoons both productive and fun.

Time: Monday – Thursday, last pick-up 5:45 p.m.; Friday, last pick-up 5:30 p.m.
Cost: $10 per hour, billed based on usage

Registration
After-school electives, extended care and summer camps have their own registration system. You will need to create a new account the first time you register for one of these programs.
Note: This system is not connected with your school Veracross account. You will set up a separate login.

How to Create a New Account and Register
Step 1: Create a New Account
Go to https://westchestercds.campbrainregistration.com/. Under New User Sign Up, create your login credentials and click “Create Account” to add your household to the system.
Step 2: Log In and Begin Registration
After verifying your email address, log in to begin your registration. Each page includes on-screen instructions to guide you through the process.
Step 2: Add Camper Information
Enter your child(ren)’s information, including current grade level.
Step 3: Select Programs
Browse available offerings based on selections for your child's grade, and add desired programs to your cart.
Step 4: Complete Household Forms
Click through the forms and complete any household or medical information required.
Step 5: Review & Complete Registration
Confirm your selections, review program details, and complete the registration process.
