WCDS Senior Announces College Athletic Plans

Westchester Country Day School senior Jackson Hedrick announced plans to continue his athletic participation at the collegiate level during an athletic signing event on May 14.

Hedrick will attend Pfeiffer University, where he will join the golf team and study business.

At Westchester, Hedrick was a member of the Varsity Boys Golf and Varsity Boys Basketball teams. As a Wildcat, he earned Academic All-Conference honors and was named the golf team’s Most Valuable Player in multiple seasons.

He is the son of Bradley and Jane Everhart Hedrick ’92 of Lexington.

“The Falcons are getting an incredible young man to represent their university on the golf course and in the classroom,” said Adam Schwartz, director of athletics.
