Wellness Leadership

Single Hero

Student success includes balance and wellness.

Westchester's joyful, nurturing school environment stands out from any other. This is just a place that feels good to be. Don't get us wrong -- we take the learning experience very seriously and challenge one another to pursue academic excellence. But a palpable sense of support runs through campus and makes us uniquely Westchester.

Inspired by our strategic plan, Think. Do. Learn. Grow, we aspire to be a leader in school health and wellness -- a commitment we intend to carry our and expand in the coming years.

Westchester is and will be a place that nurtures everyone who walks through the doors. Our vision is for your student to become resilient and socially and emotionally prepared for the world. Wellness is a value here. Let's learn from one another.

Wellness Series

In this world filled with ever-changing technology and influences, Westchester is providing the space for parents and educators to link arms and help our children grow up happy, healthy and resilient.

During these sessions, hear from our panel of counseling experts and meet other parents for insight on the challenges you’re navigating with your children right now. Take home practical ways you can build your child’s social, emotional and physical health and safety.

As we navigate a world after a pandemic filled with ever-changing technology and influences, I welcome the opportunity to partner with you on this adventure as we parent and teach the next generation. This Wellness Series was born to create a sense of belonging and purpose. By exploring some of the challenges families face in today’s world, I hope to engage together as we explore the best ways to communicate and support one another as we bolster our social, emotional, and physical health and safety. We will offer a variety of options and formats so that you can join us as you are able. Bring a friend too!
