At Westchester, it's not just the learning that stays with you -- the people do, too.

Our students and faculty form strong, lasting bonds. As a PK-12 school, it's easy for students, parents and teachers from different divisions and grades to stay connected. There's true partnership here -- we respect everyone, care about each other, and look out for one another.

Making connections for community impact

Every connection our students make inside our school community and in our surrounding region is crucial to shaping who they will become. Will they have a sense of responsibility? Will they be socially aware and empathetic? Will they strive to understand the complexities of our towns, region and world and desire to be part of future solutions? At Westchester, we say yes, they will.

From here, Westchester graduates head for college, career and community impact. We get to see these connections forged in a variety of programs that engage students with each other and local communities in which they serve.

We’re also reaching outside our campus to establish dynamic partnerships that position Westchester as part of our region's long-term success. Picture real-world experiences to better prepare students for college success and lives of meaning and impact. Imagine bringing a regular roster of experts with relevant world experience to campus. We also can look right within our talented school community, taking advantage of the expertise of our parent and grandparent body, who have knowledge and experience to share.

Stay tuned — better yet, help us plan this exciting future.

Get Involved

The Westchester school community values the relationships formed with families in teaching and guiding students toward moral, academic, artistic and athletic excellence. We depend upon your involvement and engagement in the life of the school.

While there are many ways to get involved and support Westchester, most of the parent involvement opportunities are coordinated through the school’s three parent organizations, WAPA, the Booster Club, and Friends of the Fine Arts. Please visit those pages and check the calendar for upcoming meetings and ways to get involved.

We invite you to fill out the interest form below about your interest in a variety of volunteer opportunities. By filling out this form, the school will be notified of your preferences, and your name will be shared with staff or parent leaders who are coordinating programs within these areas.
