Westchester's administrative team, led by Head of School Mary Keever, manages the school's day-to-day operations and executes the strategic priorities established by the Board of Trustees.

Westchester is a non-profit, mission-driven independent school governed by a Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees’ role is one of governance, fiduciary stewardship, compliance and strategy. Board members ensure that decisions are made in alignment with the mission. They are informed of and may advise on, but do not engage in, day-to-day operational issues, which are strictly the remit of the head of school and the school’s leadership team.
