WCDS Athletic Director Elected to State Board
HIGH POINT, N.C., Mar. 24, 2008 -- Westchester Country Day School's athletic director, Pat Kahny, was recently selected to serve on the North Carolina Independent Schools Athletic Association Board of Managers.
The board consists of one elected representative from each conference plus three at-large representatives elected by the Board of Managers. The purpose of the Board of Managers is to implement general policies approved by the Board of Directors and to carry out business affairs and programs of the NCISAA. Kahny also served on the board from 1994-2002.
Westchester Country Day is a member of the NCISAA - Division 2A and participates in the Triad Athletic Conference. Kahny has been with WCDS since 1989.
