Tuition Assistance
Tuition assistance at Westchester is awarded to families based upon financial need. Financial need is defined as the difference between the family's ability to pay and the child's educational expenses. A standardized approach, used by Westchester and the majority of independent schools, determines this need. The company that processes the applications for tuition assistance is School and Student Service for Financial Aid (SSS):
In order to apply for Tuition Assistance, each family (new and returning) must do the following annually:
- Complete the Parents' Financial Statement (PFS) online at
http://sss.nais.org/ on paper (request from the Admissions Office) and submit to SSS.
- Submit the most recent I.R.S. Form 1040 to the Westchester Business Office.
For more detailed information, please see Tuition Assistance Program.
Please contact the Admissions Office at 336.822.4005.
Westchester Country Day admits students of any race, color, religion, or national and ethnic origin. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, or national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, tuition assistance program, athletic and other school-administered activities
